Yoga philosophies and practices are simple encompassing the body, mind, and spirit.  Yoga involves meditation, spiritual introspection and physical body control playing a crucial role in mindful, intuitive living. By definition Yoga is joining, uniting, contemplating and absorbing. Yoga practice promotes realistic, natural, and spiritual living to its fullest.

At NutriWell Coaching, we offer a variety of yoga & pilates class times and styles including Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Yin Yoga, and programs for teens & adolescents and our 8-week Prenatal Yoga.
